Dave Dupont

strength Coach

BSc, CSCS, CPR/AED

Dave is a certified Strength and Condition Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Condition Association (NSCA). While studying economics and business he played basketball for the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford until an ankle injury indefinitely sidelined him, spurring Dave into a training career.

Professionally, Dave has coached all ages of clientele and levels of athletes. With a broad range of experience, he has worked for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, where he was lead trainer for corporate contracts and headed up their sports performance department. A move to Houston before the pandemic forced a pivot, where he began offering remote coaching for previous and new clients, later launching his training LLC. In 2023 he moved to Richmond, training professional boxers and working at House of Athlete in Tampa Florida during the 2024 NFL combine prep.

When not coaching or training, Dave and his wife Amber can be found renovating their home in Glen Allen or being pulled along a trail by their two dogs Tuxedo and Roo.
